Cleaning Deans of the Midwest, LLC is your full service cleaning and janitorial company. Although the company was established in 2008, the owners, management and employees have over 10 years of experience and training with over a combined 40 years of experience. We are licensed and insured with the best insurance (maximum protection and coverage). We are based out of the Tinley Park area but we service all of the Chicagoland area with support offices throughout Chicago and its suburbs. We service a wide range of facilities from Government, Schools, Churches, Day Care/Child Care Centers, Offices, Warehouses, and Retail.
We also provide training for companies looking to boost the productivity of their current janitorial or cleaning crew. Our training consists of video, on the job and safety literature.

OUR EMPLOYEES
Our employees are trained with both classroom and hands-on training. The training is a structured course in cleaning techniques, chemical use, standard protocols and safety. All of our staff have company uniforms and I.D.badges. For safety and security, we demand this of our employees. A readily identifiable responsible person on site is always a benefit.

OUR MANAGEMENT
Through tools such as Log Books, Call-in Protocol, photo evidence, interviews, quality control site inspection reports and all of our communication tools, we can satisfy you and your facility's needs. Quality Control Managers will review the facility with site inspections and direct contact with you. With the use of inspection reports to pinpoint potential cleaning deficiencies, the QC manager will survey the site and produce an efficient inspection report. Any actions that are required will be taken to complete your satisfaction. All challenges will be rectified immediately. The report is then placed into your file for follow-up and quarterly reviews.
OUR EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY
Through training (video, workshops, and hands on), our employees are able to perform duties and utilize equipment safely and efficiently. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of all of our training programs. Experienced trainers head these programs. Safety first means SAFETY FIRST.
